FUJI on Route35 in Hazlet, NJ
This week's #1. Best salmon skin sushi roll I've ever had tasted. Preparation is key at this establishment and they'll take orders until 10pm.. even on Mondays. Only a 30 minute ride from the football stadium and only a 5 minute ride to the the salty ocean beach, which is Keyport NJ.
